Tricia is from a small town in Oregon. She graduated with a degree in English Language (not to be confused with English Literature) and a minor in editing from Brigham Young University. While in school, she interned at A + B Works Literary Agency and Shadow Mountain Publishing. Now her publishing pursuits are mostly focused on writing young adult romances with fantasy elements, though she occasionally takes on some freelancing editing work.
Hobbies for Tricia include playing volleyball, watching TV shows (she loves everything done by Joss Whedon and Shonda Rhimes), and working on long projects (like putting together 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles, crocheting blankets, and writing books). Other things that Tricia loves include the color purple; olives; butterflies; extra-buttered popcorn; strong-willed, sarcastic heroines; laughing; and sleeping in. Especially sleeping in.
